Normand has been making his marinated mushrooms since 2004 produced in a Commercial Kitchen located at 604 School Street, Putnam Connecticut
Normand marinates button gourmet mushrooms in his special marinate. In 2009 he launched his new Hot Spicy Marinated Mushrooms using the same marinate ingredients and adding three hot spices to the recipe. In addition to the mushrooms Norms' Best offers his award winning Barbecue Sauce and in 2011 launched 2 hot jams, habanera and hot red pepper jam.
